Estimator-To prepare estimates in accordance with the tender documentation, ensuring it’s accurate, well presented and competitive.To win business and provide a high quality service to Clients.To undertake site surveys, and meet with Sub-Contractors and Clients.Price direct labour and compile tender packages for Sub-Contractors and suppliers.Price Preliminaries in accordance with the tender documents and Client requirementsTo attended post tender interviews and produce clear and accurate information to any queries raised.Project Surveyor-To identify cost implications and maximize value recovery in order to meet target profit on each jobTo compile and maintain an accurate cost control and profit and loss monitor throughout the project.Produce interim valuations and final accounts.To liaise and co-operate with sub-contractors / suppliers to ensure they have all information required, in order to meets programme and to avoid any cost implications.Liaise with Client / Contract Administrator on each project with a positive attitude in order to receive positive post contract feedback.To produce purchase orders to Sub-Contractors and Suppliers, ensuring no contractual issues have been compromised.To cost variations and justify full breakdowns to the Client.Negotiate with Sub-Contractors and suppliers to ensure the best price is obtained

Producing general arrangement, fabrication and detailed drawings of bespoke staircases, structural glass balustrades and many other individual requirements.Managing design and co-ordination of contracts.Visiting site to meet clients and undertake surveys.Liaise with sub contractors.Meet and co-ordinate with architects.Management of other draughtsmen.Direct and train apprentices within all areas of the company.Collate and issue material, bolt and delivery schedules.Manage and implement design and manufacturing drawings to meet programme deadlines.Liaise with clients throughout the contract to ensure their needs are being met and ensure any design issues are being addressed efficiently.Co-ordinate with structural engineers to ensure drawings meet loading requirements and conform to British standards.Closely liaise with Technical Director to ensure programmes are being adhered to and any design issues are resolved.Use excel to record and monitor contracts.Liaise closely with Projects Managers.
