Primary contractor for GDIT, Interstate Logistics was tasked to lead the logistics and relocation of assets for the newly renovated; Receipt, storage, asset control and delivery of all IT equipment to the new facilities. Managed inventory in a 50,000 sq ft warehouse. Performed inventory receiving functions, including taking delivery of merchandise, comparing contents against invoices. Asset tagged all items and logged them into the Inventory Control system. Coordinated all shipments to customer sites. Managed inventory and reporting activities, developed inventory policies and procedures. Executed weekly cycle counting process and ensured accurate perpetual inventory
