Regional Communication Electronics Command (CECOM) contractor team supervisor. Responsible for supervising contractor team members as it relates to logistics/maintenance support and sustainment of communications and electronic items for the region; inspection and tracking equipment maintenance readiness of items put into LBE from unit to the Source of Repair (SOR).Regional Team Lead functions as the lead person implementing current contract policy regarding the regional support team. Supervise a team of contractors in the inspection, maintenance, and tracking of communications and electronics equipment.Provide visual inspections and operational checks of power generation, environmental control (P&E), communications, computers, command, control, Intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR) equipment. Provide assistance on identifying P&E, and C4ISR equipment and related components to LBE personnel in order to expedite storage, maintenance, and readiness of all B16 equipment.Implements Department of the Army policies and procedures on maintenance requirements for CECOM equipment.Provides complete and accurate consolidated property listings of all CECOM equipment for the units being inducted into the LBE program.Conducts on-site visits to installations to ensure maintenance management, & equipment readiness requirements are being met by Property Administration Contractor (PA KTR).

Gave instruction on various radio systems to include SINCGARS and EPLRS as well as secure devices such as SKL and ANCD. Planned and made changes to program of instruction (POI).
