 Follow up on the 1-4-1 spares from the field engineers to make sure they do not exceed the set time limit. To create good relationship between the Company and the immediate clients.  Assist the Operations Manager and support his/her activities Responsible for proper receipt of all spares arriving in the regions and forward to CWH if necessary. Triage all spares arriving at the regional warehouse into Faulty/New, RMA/New, Testing Job etc Ensure that 100% of all spares that can be tested is sent to the CWH Any other role delegated by the Operations Manager

 Assist the CWH Manager and support his/her activities Responsible for proper receipt of all spares(RMA/Faulty/Testing Jobs etc) arriving in CWH Triage all spares arriving at the CWH into Faulty/New, RMA/New, Testing Job etc Track the receipt of all spares via the CWH daily receiving sheet Manage the recovery location Ensure that 100% of all spares that can be tested is sent to the Test lab Any other role delegated by the CWH Manager

 Receiving of New, RMA & Faulty Spares into the Company’s System (Core) and assigning them different locations within the Central Warehouse (CWH); Making sure that all the spares in the CWH are received into the Core; Keeping of all the paperwork concerning all the spares received into the CWH; Liaising with the Data management Team in Completing Transfer of Backfilled spares from CWH to Other regions and vice versa; Any other assigned responsibilities.
