Directed Foot and Ankle and Podiatric clinic operations across clinical and administrative role groups at MGH main campus, Revere Health Center, MGH Charlestown, Newton-Wellesley Hospital and MGH Chelsea. Drove the development of a new state of the art, Comprehensive Foot and Ankle Center. Assisted the development of additional wound care services in collaboration with multiple departments and locations. Coordinate clinical and research fellowship activities. Collaborated with Human Resources to effectively manage employees and increase productivity. Manage and implement processes and practices that support patient-centered, safe, efficient, effective operations. Apply strategic planning, process improvement and service improvement initiatives. Provide project management support to leadership staff. Build working relationships with staff, clinical and physician members of the patient care units to facilitate positive morale, productivity and efficiency. Perform expense monitoring, variance analysis, develop expense reduction initiatives and adhere to regulatory requirements. Collect and manage data, developing and implementing tracking systems, responding to incidents. Ensure preparation and compliance with hospital, regulatory agency and department requirements. Facilitate ongoing development of staff. Lead the surveillance process and collaborate with other departments to ensure regulatory compliance including infection control and safety activities.
