My professional career spans more than 24 years, the last 19 of which have been specialised in technology recruitment. From a start with Talent2’s CIO recruitment practice, I have spent the past 17 years with Peoplebank Australia, managing technology recruitment delivery for high-profile global brands as well as building technology teams for some of Australia’s most successful emerging companies. Over the years, I have intentionally steered our client portfolio to now comprise 50%+ of organizations that deliver a positive impact to society and the environment. I love to work with organizations that value the contribution people make, and for whom exceptional talent is an indispensable ingredient to their success. According to Scrum Australia, in 2010 I was the first recruiter in Australia to become a certified Scrum Master, becoming a certified Product Owner shortly after. I am passionate about Agile software development, finding better ways of doing things, observing digital disruption unfold, and watching technology evolve to play an increasingly important role in the world, people's lives and in business. My team's core work is in recruiting across the entire enterprise technology landscape: infrastructure, networks, and software, whilst I actively lead the recruitment of senior leadership positions both inside and adjacent to IT: CIO's, CTO's, CEO's & COO's, as well as their direct reports.
