Machine Shop Supervisor
Current• Coordinate work through on-site machine shop. o In charge of a team of 12 members in 2 shifts. o Scheduling and coordination of work orders to machinists and engineers• Support the Custom focus team and new product introduction team with the design and manufacture of assembly aids, fixtures and Pokayokes systems that improves workflow process, optimize safety, quality and efficiency in manufacturing cost.• Create and implement ECR/ECOs per documentation procedures.• Create complete documentation for design that adheres to company quality standards.• Work with vendors to obtain prototypes to demonstrate proof of concept.• Proactive support manufacturing cost reduction efforts.• Bring new ideas to help team to resolve critical problems• Safety job analysis of all tools and equipments in the machine shop.• Developent of semi-automatic and manual stations of manufacturing with the internal team and suppliers. o User requirement spesificacion and documentation requirement o Design process: mechanical design, electrical design, control design. o Proof of concept: build of prototype, debugging and improve design. o Final design. o Site aceptasment test execution. o Validation and instalation process.
