Keeping them happy is key to overall success in any team I work within or manage” Coming from a multitude of senior management roles, I am able to quickly develop a strong working ethic with those working closely with me. I can lead and very confident in getting results from different personalities and abilities. I can also be managed and enjoy working within a team setting, driving others with my experience and getting the best outcome for the company.
