About Daniel Grayson
I learn new skills quickly which was handy in the Navy were my job changed constantly, sometimes several times a day. I was a painter, security manager, navigator, radio operator, network engineer, janitor, etc. Working on menial tasks brought out my discipline and humility, while working on million dollar systems brought out confidence in my professional skills.Every command I was at I received an award for excellence. Attention to detail allowed me to complete tasks the first time. Any time I face a task more than once I look for ways to automate it. If I can't automate a task I am perfectly willing to just work hard to complete it.The last 5 years in the Navy I worked in information security. I took my ship's network through a DoD Cybersecurity Inspection in order to certify it's authority to operate. Since then I decided information security would be my only job and that I would go back to school and start securing the worlds networks.
