Over the course of 8 years I built a reputation as an experienced supervisor, mentor, instructor, and team member. I worked extensively as a Direct Air Support Center Crew Chief, managing and simultaneously training, a team of 10 personnel during 2 combat deployments. During that time I supervised the day to day management of aircraft and the processing of immediate air support requests; coordinating logistics, medical evacuations, and Troop movements within the battlespace in direct support of 10,000 personnel. This high tempo and stressful environment helped me develop the ability to make critical, time sensitive decisions, based on an ever changing dynamic. I am goal oriented, a critical thinker, and can adapt quickly in order to learn and become proficient in tasks given that are outside of my primary job duty.
