I work for one of the UK's leading insurance providers. I have a demonstrated history of working in the insurance industry and started my career as a Motor Claims Advisor working in a fast paced and demanding call centre.After three years I'd developed strong technical motor claims knowledge, customer service skills and objection handling techniques. I moved on becoming a Motor Claims Technical Advisor, supporting customer facing colleagues with technical knowledge and how to best support customers.Within this role I learnt about peer to peer feedback, including different communication styles. I would complete audits to monitor performance, quality and knowledge gaps, which I then used to create and lead tailored coaching sessions.In 2017 I moved into claims performance coaching. With strong media and communication skills, I worked with all my peers within our department to measure and improve performance at departmental, team and individual levels.I enjoy participating in business forums and pride myself on having a good work ethic.
