I am a passionate and driven chemistry masters graduate, with upper second class (2:1) honours. As a specialist within quality, I am in-charge of all internal and external auditing, the handling of customer questions and complaints, resolving RCA queries and providing in-depth analysis within my reports. I also have the capability to handle internal quality standards ranging from BRCGS and ISO, to Environment Agency and environmental monitoring. Along side this, I am involved with the research and development of state of the art products.
