Also, Dan was the Head of the Intellectual Property Practice at Siam Premier International, one of Thailand's leading law firms, and Dan was a Principal at Spruson & Ferguson.Dan has been consistently recognized by many IP rating entities as a preeminent trademark lawyer in the Mekong Region and Southeast Asia. For many years, Dan has been rated by World Trademark Review as Gold Band for Trademark Prosecution and Strategy.
