– Full responsibility in the design, support, and administration of all IT personnel and systems– Participation in the design of project’s physical and technology layout; installation of IT hardware and computer systems; and configuration of all network, firewalls, and servers– Close coordination with all specialty vendors for telephony and radio systems– Implementation of the IT Department with 14 members, along with three regular specialty vendors and contractors– Planning and implementation of all technology for a new large regional dispatch center providing services to 34 municipalities from three locations in Cuyahoga County, Ohio– Expert leadership in the development and launch of a county-wide criminal justice data sharing initiative housing with more than 75 million law enforcement records for all of Cuyahoga County, Ohio

– Strategic direction to the design and setup of various IT systems– Key contributions in the planning, implementation, and management of the following:― All police and fire vehicle mobile data terminal (MDT) upgrades;― Mobile license plate reader (LPR) system obtaining dozens of alerts on wanted persons, stolen vehicles, and other law enforcement alerts;― Pepper Pike police and fire dispatch transition to Beachwood;― Federally mandated narrowbanding requirement for all police radio systems;― Virtual server system that integrated more than a dozen physical servers;― Police Department network cabling upgrade for the new city phone system and network requirements, as well as server system upgrade that improved system capabilities;― Electronic ticketing and data transfer to enable street officer to print citations on vehicle and transfer data to all computer systems, involving the mayor's court and Shaker Heights Municipal Court systems; ― Over $373K police MDT computer system upgrade, as well completion of new patrol car camera systems with live streaming patrol car video to dispatch; and ― Ohio Law Enforcement Automated Data Systems (LEADS) basic network and computer security audit― Police Computer Forensic Unit for the Beachwood Police Department– Spearheading of the operations of city-wide camera and access control systems, which generated over $75K savings annually to the city’s management costs – Acquisition of tens of thousands of dollars savings for Beachwood along with the improvement of RO from five years to less than three years by developing and proposing a fiber project amounting $750K
