A Building Surveying BSc (Hons) graduate with an ardent enthusiasm for heritage and regeneration projects, particularly the revocation of Liverpool's UNESCO World Heritage City status and its implications for the city and its future regeneration. I am skilled in architectural and building pathology research, group management & interpersonal communication, and teamwork, supplemented by an understanding of globalism which significantly impacts the property development process and the built environment. Within my role as an assistant building surveyor, I have experience in Commercial Building Surveying (dilapidations, landlord and tenant, planned preventative maintenance, BRCAs etc.), Project and Development Consultancy (project management, principal designer and contract administration etc.), and Sustainability (EPC improvement reports). I am currently in the process of training to become an RICS-accredited surveyor, looking to aiming to develop my technical skills honed during university. Outside work, I enjoy travelling, reading history books, particularly on the Vietnam War and spending time with my friends and family.
