Have the opportunity to serve as the leading product expert for the latest product BadgePass has released called BadgePass ONE. In this role, I am responsible to onboard, train and develop members of the sales team by teaching them the product they sell, as well as teaching them CRM responsibilities for our entire sales process and how to manage their sales pipeline. I also have the opportunity to train and consult for dealer partners throughout the country that sell our products and ensure that they have a working knowledge of our products as well as keeping them up to date with the latest feature releases for the product. I also have the opportunity to be part of the Marketing team and create training videos as well as manage our knowledge center for customers to get immediate help for any software needs they may have. On a case-by-case basis, I also assist our web-design team to keep our website up to date with modern style videos of our products, software solutions and more.
