I joined the PGA in 2000 and gained Trainee of the Year honours in my training. I moved to Woburn Golf Club in 2006 as Assistant Professional and and was appointed Head Professional in 2017.In my role as a full time Coach I enjoy helping players of all levels from Club Golfer to Tour Professionals. I enjoy coaching Club Golfers, seeing them improve and enjoying the game more is why I do it. Equally I get a lot of enjoyment helping Elite Golfers and have had success with many players. This includes coaching Charley Hull to World Number-15, the LPGA Tour Championship and European Order of Merit. As well as helping Georgia Hall from 450 to World Number-6 winning The Women's Open Championship in 2018 and 2 European Order of Merits. In 2021 I was recognised by Golf Monthly as a U.K. Top-50 Coach. I am enjoying helping younger players move through the ranks with some of Europe's best Juniors and long term pupil Ellen Hume won the English Amateur in 2019.At Woburn I host my DG Short Game School on the magnificent Tavistock Short Game Area. The School has grown to be the most attended Short Game School in the World.I have a huge amount of video content on my DG Academy App where a fantastic community has developed with everyone learning and improving together. Being an Academy member brings you many benefits as well as the video content such as coaching discounts and invites to events with me at Woburn.I host several Golf Holidays a year to 5-Star locations such as The Masters, Kiawah Island, Adare Manor, Turnberry, Gleneagles, St Andrews, Barbados and Monte Rei.I have developed a large social media following with over 750,000followers and enjoy helping golfers all over the world with my video content.
