I am responsible for ensuring the drilling equipment that SOCOTEC purchase meets our clients expectations. In addition I am also tasked with reviewing our internal systems to ensure we provide the best quality service within the geotechnical industry. I was responsible for organising all of the training for the drilling department. I assist Emma Lowe as deputy sentinel administrator. In addition was responsible for getting our trainee drillers through there NVQ and experienced drillers audited by the BDA.

I looked after the logistics and planning for up to 24 operational drill crews. I also assisted with the organisation of all training for the drilling department
