Isleworth Farm where I manage includes, 213 effective hectares, 60 bale rotary, winter on platform, peak milk 740-kiwi cross cows. Current Achievements in the Role Include:- Work with a team of three with clear direction and vision on dairy tasks to gain a desirable outcome (jobs completed to a high standard, sustainable hours worked, minimum time spent on farm)- Maintaining a Somatic Cell count below 150,000. Current season average 110 SCC- Correctly allocating fodder beet, identifying acidosis- Perform monthly milking plant checks- grade free 2023/24 season- Implement and monitor animal health plans via Minda. Diagnose and treat- Monitor pasture covers - Pick and draft cows on heat via tail paint. Not in Calf 14%, 6 weeks in calf 74%
