Currently Assistant Leader with Bombers Explorers. Duties include; assisting with the running of the weekly meetings, planning activities for the scouts, carrying out risk assessments and helping with district activities.Hold adventurous activity permits for various water activities. Earned wood badge in 2018.

Assembling pre fabricated products into HGV trailer components (roofs, rear frames etc). Shot blasting, stripping and refurbishing older trailers.

Began my Tesco career as a customer assistant in the Bury St Edmunds superstore. Transferred to Grove Road express store, Norwich when I moved to university in September 2006. Promoted to Team Leader in 2010. Transferred to Lawson Place Express in Febuary 2014. Promoted to Deputy Manager in January 2015. My main duties involve; colleagues training, dealing with personnel issues, ensure effecient running of duty shifts, management and customer assistant rotas, holiday bookings, performance reviews, ensuring colleagues get paid correctly and on time.
