• Organize and balance daily front desk and food and beverage totals.• Organize food and beverage promo checks into spreadsheet.• Balance and reconcile credit card totals.• Balance and reconcile daily interface postings.• Balance and assemble all adjustments on daily basis• Co-ordinate with front desk and food and beverage departments to ensure that all work was done properly • Prepare and distribute Daily Revenue Report to managers and corporate office• Assist with other office duties as needed

Responsible for checking daily totals against report figures; ensure that all revenues were properly posted; prepare and distribute Daily Revenue Report; balance daily credit card totals; investigate and answer chargeback claims; investigate customer inquiries; count daily cash drops, balance totals to cashier audits; distribute change and due backs

Income Auditor, responsible for daily balancing of receipts, preparing reports, maintaining ledger balances, credit card reconciliation, other duties as assigned
