- Reports directly to broker for real estate agency.- Schedules and supervises a team handling showing appointments for start-up showingservice through phone, text, or email.- Assist with preparing content for weekly team meetings.- Assist with navigating recruitment presentations during recruit calls and ensure thatall information is documented.- Recruiting preparation, specifically reviewing agent production and listings.- Organize follow-up with past recruits.- Schedule in-processing.- Manages third party recruiters and ensures that they have up to date leads for theirdaily calls.- Calendar management / scheduling and adjusting appointment schedules.- Email management.- Generate monthly reports.

- Acts as an online representative building and protecting IHG and its brands throughdifferent social and electronic mediums to support customer satisfaction and guestretention.- Focusing on service recovery and, wherever possible, incremental revenue generation byconverting leads and contributing to brand preference.- Responding to customer contacts by providing first level support for the consumerinternet site and online services through multiple contact channels including chat andphone.

- Handle inbound calls from customers inquiring about our hotels worldwide.- Accommodate and process hotel reservations and manage to convert inquiries into salesin order to maximize revenue & occupancy.- Ensure all necessary booking information is accurate and complete.- Focus in achieving department goals while providing excellent customer service.

- Perform basic daily transactional tasks including but not limited to: data entry, systemnavigation, data processing, file maintenance, data verification and review.- Deliver professional customer service and team-oriented behaviors. Complete and takeownership of assignments, issues and problems and assures completion either personallyor with team members. Communicate effectively with internal and external customers toreceive and provide information and assistance.- Initiate customer contact as needed to answer questions related to assigned work.- Maintain a consistent, high-quality customer-focused orientation. Respond to individualsin a timely manner. Provide clear, accurate information; explain procedures or materialsor provide supplemental information; anticipate problems or questions.
