Responsible for loading packages into trucks and making sure they get to their location safe and intact.

I was responsible for working with customers on the floor to ensure they found everything they were looking for and that their shopping experience was satisfactory. I would let them know about different deals, offers, and memberships as well as using product knowledge to help them find the best possible item for their personal needs. At times I would also work in the warehouse getting items out on the floor, restocking, bringing items up front for order pickups, and changing price tags. Depending on the day I would be assigned either to retail or warehouse.
