1. Over 15 years in manufacture engineering & Operations management experience of SMT & PTH & Box build and good skill of team development, engineering analysis, planning schedule, efficiency improvement, quality control and material cost reduction;2. Experience of operations/program management, continuously identify operational resource planning with different situation, team development, motivate and challenge team for the task ahead and cross-function team work effectively;3. Good knowledge of electronic circuitry, PCB, electronic components, connector, SMT and Box build process;4. Familiar with Industrial Engineering, Lean manufacture, FMEA, 6Sigma, ISO9000, ISO14000, TL9000, TS16949, SPC, QC Control, CPK, DFM/DFT/DFA, and product standard such as IPC-610-E, IPC-600-F;5. Having the sense of urgency to drive continuous improvement with operations KOI trend management, working with team to identify goals in key operational metrics, training and driving team to fulfill the improvement trend;6. Good communication and management skills, can work well under high pressure, have innovation and strong responsibility.
