I am recently graduated mechanical engineer working as a reliability engineer at Norbord with an aptitude for creative problem solving, reliability engineering and design engineering. Further interests in project management and manufacturing provide a well rounded skill set for many engineering applications. Previous experience in Manufacturing, Construction, and Coal Mining industries provide a wide range of applicable knowledge and provide adaptability for a large scope of potential positions. I am projected to graduate in May of 2018 with a BSc in Mechanical Engineering Co-op from the University of Alberta.I have 12-months of combined reliability maintenance and design engineering experience and am skilled in using mechanical engineering fundamental principles to calculate, analyze and troubleshoot reliability maintenance issues to enable safe and efficient plant operations. I have proven to identify plant production troubleshooting issues and use preventative maintenance measures. I have the ability to use Solidworks to model, simulate, and design various mechanical modifications as well as perform FEA analysis.
