I am a claims service representative for the state of New York. I work in worker's compensation where I dedicate my time assisting both claimant and assured in bringing injured workers back to their pre-accident level of function. I formerly worked in the beer industry where I handled wholesale databases and sales for multiple accounts.Prior to that, I worked at a student caller for my college where I managed a database of personal donor data and assisted in the acquisition of university donations. At that time, I was also interning at my university's InnovationSpace, a digital environment where I edited and proofread the guide to the ePortfolio system as well as handled all troubleshooting for that system.I also for a short while worked for the answer gathering service ChaCha where I edited and proofread consumer questions to ensure quick and speedy responses from coworkers researching answers.
