Responsiblities include but are not limited to:Maintaining brand standards and driving sales throughout the company and within our building. Drive sales, training and moral for the store while maintaining the highest of standards for 7 departments.Directly responsible for the success of seven departments and the outfitters within them.Merchandise to grow business and drive sales to exceed each previous year.

I am responsible for implementing goals and standards, team training in sales, merchandising and customer relations, inventory control, asset protection, driving sales, instilling work ethic, inventory control, merchandising and presentations, data analysis, customer retention and expansion, communications, and many more aspects of any given work day.

Responsibilities included: training and education on branding through creative merchandising, growing brand penetration through suggestive merchandising, Managing presentations in 5-13 stores at a time, Ensuring new store merchandising and floor sets were completed and met the company standards and expectations, Mediate between corporate office expectations and sales demands to make the best decision for the store and company, work with and challenge store management to ensure high level branding, rework floor layouts to suggestively sell and ensure we grew our market baskets, ensure stores capitalized on high velocity merchandise, rework floor layouts to ensure sales goals were met, help communicate store needs to base camp and ensure these needs were addressed, develop plans to ensure opportunities within stores were addressed in a timely manner, maintain visual standards throughout the stores and work with team to help create taxidermy and artifact scenes.
