As Head of Operations for Latin America, I monitor the health of every aspect of the business by fostering the adoption of predictable processes, key performance indicators and data driven mindsets for decision making. I contribute to key strategic initiatives aiming to scale our footprint in the region while ensuring top quality talent deliver to our US.

I am a member of the Global Strategy and Operations Team in the Capability Network Organization within Accenture Strategy.

As a staff member of the Chief Strategy Officer, in this role I contributed forming joint strategies with the biggest technology partners of the firm. This typically included the preparation of materials with the objective of fostering discussions, arriving to hypothesis and courses of action.

I'm responsible for coordinating end to end discussions between internal Stakeholders and external Technology and Services providers with respect to a potential Global Alliance relationship for Accenture. As part of this role, I leverage world class methodologies and frameworks, negotiate business terms, assure corresponding legal involvement, deliver.
