Territory Sales Manager
Current- Responsible for developing and managing relationships with retail partners encompassing a $16M territory.
- Manage and direct the work of Merchandisers including: - Planning, scheduling, and delegating work assignments including planogram resets. - Provide on-going feedback and direction as well as job training that includes.
- Analyze new business opportunities and threats utilizing business analytics, weekly.
- Develop recruiting plans, interviewing, and making hiring decisions to efficiently manage the territory.
- Provide career path coaching for teammates in Corpus Christi, McAllen, Austin and San Antonio.
- Manage a budget by effectively controlling expenditures and reform sales force to reflect business needs.
