I assisted callers from the Rover.com website, a site that offers pet sitter services, to schedule or cancel appointments, give information about the site, assist with any issue on ongoing or finished appointments or any other inquiry or concern they could have.

Responsible of receiving calls from various companies such as ADT, from insurance companies and medical calls such as 911 calls, my position required the interpretation from English to Spanish and vice versa throughout the duration of the call.
