Served on the pastoral staff and the executive team of Camino de Vida, an urban multi-site church. Recruited and led the steering and training team at the outset of small groups implementation in a church of over 10,000 members that did not have a small groups system. Created video training guides for new small group leaders and launched a system that began with 470+ small groups (average small group size of 8 people.) The small group system grew to over 1,200+ small groups before transitioning out. Designed and led a missionary internship program for young adults that served in the country for 6 months. Oversaw admissions, host family relations, budgets, and practicum placements for 5 years program was in place. (Shut down due to covid.) Oversaw missionary staff (team of 13 people) and acted as a liaison between them and the church administration.Served leaders and leadership teams from within our continent-wide network of 1,300 churches in 9 countries, primarily through consulting, round tables, workshops, conference speaking, and strategic planning. Engaged a diverse and active congregation every weekend as part of the teaching team. Served as an Executive Pastor in the restructuring of staff and volunteer teams of a 30+ year-old congregation in decline in preparation for a merger with another congregation in the same city. The church became the 6th campus of Camino de Vida, a larger growing multisite church. Had oversight of a process that resulted in 90% retention rate of families from the original congregation to the new church.

Engaged significant portion (approximately 40%) of 6,000-member congregation through event planning, development of small group programming and oversight of 116 small group lead volunteers. Identified the need for increased cultural appeal while leading cross-cultural integration with new ideas and group formats.
