Responsible for leading and implementing improvement projects across the plant by increasing OEE through cycle time reduction, increased machine availability and ensuring quality for first time through. In this role I have implemented over 30 Improvement projects that have consisted of NC and PLC program changes, SMED Activity to reduce changeover times and Six Sigma DMAIC methodology & PPS to find root causes to improve and sustain new processes. I have developed Improvement metrics in the form of capacity statements that align to the business KPI’s from scratch using data from SAP Business objects reporting system. The data shows where the constraints are and where improvements need to be made, this also tracks the progress and change points.
