Here are the achievements I look proudly back on in my previous work:Corporate Design & Identity: Modernised the brand identity (clear, simple, powerful). Developed and implemented new corporate design and visual identity. Built an online brand portal for easier design application. Introduced a unique brand sound (corporate language) and corporate fashion.Social media strategy: Created editorial plans based on a new social media strategy. Supported social recruiting with targeted candidate engagement. Expanded social listening and developed new templates to increase brand awareness. Switched posting language to English to broaden audience reach and optimise visibility.Event management: Planned and executed trade shows, internal/external events, company runs and staff meetings.External communications: Optimised customer, product and partner communications. Developed new communication tools for international markets. Designed a new corporate website, image films and microsites to improve user experience. Established a dealer dialogue to improve quality and brand awareness.Internal communications: Redesigned and enhanced the intranet as a central communication platform. Established internal press review.Business strategy: Actively supported internationalisation strategy and business development initiatives.Agency management: Established and maintained successful relationships with external service providers.Quality Management: Improved customer feedback management and introduced regular reporting. Developed new approaches to better manage customer concerns.

We were part of the biggest cultural change project in VW's history. My job was to work with the specialist departments to ensure that compliance and integrity were taken into account in all processes and decisions made by employees at Volkswagen Financial Services AG. With 100 packages of measures worldwide. Today, VWFS and its national companies are a place that not only exemplifies integrity, but also inspires people to act with integrity.

I started out as a key account manager for the largest automotive retail chains in Germany. Later, I gained international experience as co-manager of the international activities of a Belgian joint venture, before taking on various corporate strategy change and change communication projects.

Fresh out of business school, I learnt here what Volkswagen means by customer communication and customer loyalty: namely to be a centre of excellence. Whether it was handing over the car, the hotel business, catering or looking after the guests. Every positive point of contact at this popular customer attraction, which still attracts more than 2 million visitors a year, should be linked to the Group and its brands. I have been involved in this process from day one, first in Human Resources and later at executive level as Assistant to the CEO and Data Protection Officer. The focus has always been on creating a convincing image as a centre of excellence.
