Advanced Composites Manufacturing & Design Engineering Solutions- Generate and control the commercial strategy in the short, medium and long term for business growth in specific niches.- CRM Control and management.- Commercial leads generation- Customer single point of contact.- Management and review of commercial contracts, for manufacturing and engineering services.- Communication with clients, commercial, production control and logistics of products/materials.- Coordinate the exchange of documentation with clients and suppliers for the purpose of registering in systems or technical dev ops.- Provide technical support to customers with engineering or manufacturing teams.- Coordination of video calls/internal meetings of PM, engineering and manufacturing.- Generate documentation and technical texts necessary for commercial issues, web pages, sales brochures, and presentations for specific clients.- Translation of commercial and technical documents, English - Spanish - Italian.- Support in SC issues and negotiation with suppliers.- Control of payments and invoices with customers and suppliers.- Register and management of customer billing portals.- Management of commercial relations, Querétaro´s Aeroclúster, partner companies, and aeronautics research centres/universities in the area.- Management of the social network LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales, generating texts and posts/images to provide a flow of visitors and participate in relevant topics for industries in which Leku participates.- Coordination of engineering or manufacturing team visits to customer facilities.- Manage and coordinate Leku customer visits to the plant, guide and accompaniment.- Support to HR and talent acquisition via LinkedIn recruiting.
