Phd StudentDkfz Apr 2004 - Jul 2012Heidelberg, DeI conducted my PhD at the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) in Heidelberg, in the Division of Molecular Genetics. Primarily, I investigated the impact of alterations in neuronal precursors during postnatal cerebellar development on medulloblastoma formation in Ptch1+/- mice (PLoS Genetics 2012). Moreover, I performed genome and transcriptome analyses of multiple mouse tumor models and accomplished a molecular companion analysis of a clinical study to find predictive and prognostic genes for chemotherapy response in breast cancer.
