As a self-motivated and driven individual, I excel in fast-paced environments. I have a strong ability to collate, analyse, and interpret complex data sets, and I am skilled at creating visual representations of data using tools such as Excel. Additionally, I possess good knowledge in database management and the organisation of large data sets using SQL. With my pragmatic approach, I am able to work efficiently, prioritising tasks to meet project deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously. I am constantly seeking out new opportunities to learn and expand my knowledge and, to this end, have started learning SAP by utilising online resources. I am currently working in the forecasting team at Aldi UK Ltd, managing the sales forecast for the produce categories for all stores. This role has honed my skills in managing complex accounts, relationship building, analysing performance data and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence. I also work on a project covering all stores that see a variance with sales on a weekly basis, projecting what amendments are required to ensure that stores remain at optimal stock levels across all categories. My years working in catering taught me time management, organisation and hard work. Added to this, my time as a manager at Aldi has led me to develop my man management skills, leading teams of up to 40 people over a period of 8 years.Overall, I am an articulate, resilient and adaptable leader who excels in achieving results. With a passion for success and a commitment to excellence, I am confident in my ability to make a valuable contribution to any organisation.Outside of work, I am a trustee and treasurer of a local charity. I enjoy the reward this brings to me personally and hope to continue in these roles for a number of years to come. I have an autistic son and this is a large focus of my life. During the process of his diagnosis, I undertook a number of courses about autism and neurodivergence. This has enabled me to understand his needs and be able to support him better. In the future, I would like to become more involved with autism charities so that I can help support other families in the same position.
