There is nothing more alluring in life than the pursuit of knowledge. Whether you are cognizant of it or not, the human brain is voraciously soaking up all of the new information it can get especially as you scroll through social media time again and again. Is there something specific we’re all searching for? With consumerism there absolutely is. Through years of analysis I have found that not just on a consumer level we want three things: Immediacy, Perfection and Value.These three core values are at the heart of every consumer making a purchase. These concepts go deeper than consumerism. These values are applied to leadership and teams globally. When forming a team this is what someone is looking for. When budgeting, orienting tasks or working on projects these are the values at the heart. These transcend consumerism at such a deeper level.The combination of these the concepts is what makes them so sought after in consumerism and achieving all three simultaneously can often seem like an impossibility. Once obtained these can bring anything to an entire different level of success. In my own leadership as well as career I tirelessly strive to give my clients, team, investors and supervisors these three core values that everyone wants: Immediacy, Perfection and Value. Currently, I serve as a Property Manager where I focus on marketing, sales and asset/project management. My goal is to create new revenue by generating ancillary income, increasing leasing success, cutting costs and eliminating delinquency. Outside of work, music and writing are my passions and there is never a bad day where I can focus my heart, mind and soul in creating something for either myself, one person or even the world if they’ll read or listen. Most days throughout the week I am an avid Olympic style powerlifter focusing on strengthening as many muscles in my body as fatigue will allow. Creating this routine strengthens the organization and control I have over my own life choices. I find there is no greater satisfaction than seeing the physical representation of your hard work pay off.
