Responsibility for the development of the Kwik Save Own Label brand across the entire product portfolio.Initiation and co-ordination of Category Reviews in conjunction with buying teams and Category Development Directors, as well as interrogating market research data to quantify category decisions.Development of 43 value (“No Frills”) lines from concept to implementation.Responsible for packaging and design quality of all Own Label NPD.

Responsibility for the development of the “Hayward’s” branded portfolio, “Lloyd Grossman” cooking sauce range and branded & private label mincemeat ranges. Development of promotional strategy for multiple retail customers for branded products.Development and implementation of UK wide branded cooking sauce launch to the trade. Co-ordination of both above and below the line strategy.Development of Hayward’s NPD into new packaging formats to capitalise on market growth potential. Liaison with Spanish packaging companies. Launching Hayward's NPD and development of above and below the line strategies to support the launch. Account development in conjunction with the sale teams, presenting both on the branded and O/L portfolios.Analysing buying patterns / behaviours via statistical analysis to develop a targeted co-ordinated approach.
