As an accomplished Investigator with the NSW Police Force, I have extensive experience leading strike forces focused on the manufacture and supply of prohibited drugs across New South Wales. My journey in law enforcement laid a strong foundation for my current role in the racing industry.Since joining Racing NSW's Integrity Unit in January 2019 as an Investigator and Surveillance Operative, I have cultivated a deep passion for the racing sector. My commitment to effective communication and leadership has allowed me to build strong relationships with industry participants. In 2024, I was promoted to General Manager of Investigations, where I lead a team of six investigators statewide.In this role, I also serve as the Chairman of the Stewards Panel, overseeing inquiries into integrity and welfare-related matters, ensuring the highest standards of compliance and fairness. As a qualified Stipendiary Steward, I have officiated at meetings across metropolitan, provincial, and country regions, enhancing my understanding of the industry. I am dedicated to promoting integrity within the racing community and look forward to furthering my contributions to this vital industry.
