Current-Inspect cargo to determine the appropriate securing methods and equipment needed. identify any potential hazards or special requirements for specific types of cargo.-Lashing and securing utilize a variety of securing methods and equipment, such as straps, chains, binders, and dunnage, to secure cargo effectively. ensure that cargo is evenly distributed and properly balanced.-Track inventory levels, monitor stock levels of products, and initiate restocking orders when necessary. they may also conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits.-Pick and pack items from the inventory and prepare them for shipping. this includes labeling packages and arranging for transportation.-Responsible for inspecting products for quality and accuracy before shipping them to customers. this ensures that customers receive products that meet the expected standards.-Use various equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, to move and transport goods within the warehouse safely.
