I am a PhD Student at the Acoustics Research Institute in the group of Peter Balazs, funded by a DOC fellowship of the Austrian Academy of Sciences. In my research, I develop theory and algorithms for deep learning audio applications using methods from frame theory and time-frequency analysis. My collaboration partners are Martin Ehler (Uni Vienna) on the injectivity of ReLU-layers, Vincent Lostanlen (LS2N) on random filterbanks and multiresolution neural networks, and Daniel Freeman (SLU) on non-linear frame theory.
