I oversee all aspects of the daily operation for a 293 unit apartment community.

• Engage the CSUSB community in our PR and promotional campaigns with the goal of elevating the brand and raising awareness of the product as an item serving the student population• Run a targeted PR effort on behalf of the Coyote Chronicle, the Dept. of Comm Studies, the Comm. Symposium, and the College of Ed Preliminary Credential• Pitch and publish articles from well-written pre-event press releases• Raise utilization of the client’s social platforms • Represent the client to the greater community at large• Achieve a high level of exposure, with campaigns that appeared on 200 bulletin boards throughout the campus, in the newspaper, on the client’s socials, in the graphic representation of client upcoming events.• Plan, research, evaluate and implement (when possible) strategic communication best practices
