In addition to all of the team-lead duties from my previous position, I am responsible for the data integrity of our users and systems.I am responsible for the creation, maintenance and removal of users from Active Directory and other supported systems. I am also responsible for our Microsoft Office 365 accounts, services and license distribution.Working closely with our internal staff, I manage permissions and security groups through Active Directory along with distribution group creation and maintenance.Data integrity is integral to the job. As part of that, I generate reports that are used for auditing both internally and with external partners.

Train my new reports as they join the team. Provide guidance and support to help advance their career and goals. Responsibilities also include researching new software and hardware standards for various departments needs as well as forecasting purchasing needs for new hires.

Support an organization of 450+ employees through day-to-day support troubleshooting on Windows, Mac and Linux desktops all the way up to servers, maintaining the phone system, processing new hires and separations. Plan for and order upgrades and replacements quarterly.

Monitor and maintain the uptime of many systems along with assessing and addressing user needs. Generating custom reports from SQL databases along with maintaining the back end systems.
