Duties include serving as a primary contact for all client needs as well as collaborating with the rest of the account team to develop and deliver on all current projects and to strategize with the senior management team on future programs and offerings

Led and managed a small team of designers in the creation of original display concepts, original artwork, and custom graphics. I led the collaboration by our team to develop the various processes and standards that we would use to ensure all output would be consistent and accurate. In this role I also mentored young designers as they worked to grow into concept designers. I did this on a team level by using regular creative excersizes aimed at inspiring them and also on an individual level by teaching and guiding them through the concepting process.

Joined the design team of the corporate office to add my permanent display background to the existing temporary and semi-perm offering. Regular communication with other teams such as structural design, engineering and project management allowed for effective development of various programs.Also led and collaborated design efforts on several programs across multiple design offices.

Responsible for the maintenance and growth of several key house accounts by designing and managing new display and fixture programs. Over the course of time, I transitioned into a role that focused on account management with the responsibility of further developing existing accounts and cultivating new ones.

Collaborated with sales reps and clients to design and develop effective display and signage programs.

Helped lead the efforts of the design team in working more efficiently with engineering and manufacturing. Also helped spearhead the effort to add 3D computer design capabilities to the design team to compliment the 2D platforms already in place.

Responsible for the research, design, pricing, basic engineering, ordering and scheduling of materials, and final invoicing of various projects. This required me to work with a variety of clients, suppliers, and manufacturers to deliver the best possible solution within the given budget.

Designed custom displays and signs, made models and prototypes, worked closely with engineers to ready designs for final production.
