I am a driven and adaptable personnel manager. I have 15 years of leadership experience. My focus has been driving teams to evolve in both business and personal development. I spent 11 years managing a contact center for a Fortune 500 entertainment company. During my tenure I facilitated many roles including personnel management, career development, business process improvement, project management, SLA management, training and change management. I built out their tech support department and orchestrated the global roll out in three regions. I led a staff in two locations in the US, which supported 3 languages as well as forum and social media support.In 2017 I decided to spend some time traveling the world. I had the pleasure of expanding my horizons while experiencing 14 countries. During my time abroad I gained a better sense of the world and what things are important in life. When I returned to the US, I decided to leverage my professional experience in different ways. I have been providing business consulting for small businesses. Additionally, I helped lead a prominent bar in downtown Austin to record success. We set single day, weekly, monthly and yearly sales records for back-to-back years. I also worked in a commercial kitchen part time to pursue my personal passion for cooking.In my world travels I have come to appreciate work life balance. In particular, the importance of doing work that I find fulfilling. As such, I am looking to join a company whose work I share a passion with. As I relocated to Greece with my partner, I am leaning towards a remote role. Having managed employees remotely myself, I am quite adept at understanding the challenges it can present. I look forward to my next challenge and sharing my years of experience as I continue to learn and grow myself.
