- Achieve the agreed Annual Sales plan and KPIs.- Manage the needs of the Company’s customers in order to meet the objectives of the company’s overall business plans and strategies- Spend significant time in the field both with the key prospects /Influencers including government officials, educational leaders and existing customers.- In conjunction with the Director of Operations and Business Development define and manage the monthly / annual sales targets including KPI’s for the sales team.- Keep up to date with market/ industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies

- Take the partner programs Belden built to market.- Find companies interested in distributing and reselling Belden products.- Negotiate the deals, build the go-to-market plans and drive revenue and volume.- Serve as day-to-day liaison between the partner and Belden sales, develop market initiatives to drive incremental revenue.- Work with our Enterprise/SMB sales team to enable partners to drive revenue across all business lines.- Work with regional field and channel marketing teams to fund partner-led campaigns and demonstrate return on marketing investment.- Build a regional plan to enable partners to sell, implement and support Belden.

Manage and exceed territory sales by product group and brand, versus previous years and current targets set.Maintain and develop a rapport with new and existing dealer networks within the Area Sales Representative’s geographic territory.Working within your territory, create a call cycle to your dealer network meeting business requirements.Become a product expert through training and by researching company literature, such as brochures for product/technical information and prices.Deliver new product presentations.Assist dealers with calculating quotes for projects.Make and receive telephone calls to/from customers, ensuring all calls are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner.Project a positive image when representing the Company to customers.Promote and train retailers on new products, technical information, and advise of any discontinued stock.Meet on-going customer service requirements, as needed.
