Embarked on my entrepreneurial journey founding ResumeOptimizerPro to solve a common issue faced by candidates today: Mainly, how candidate-to-job matching algorithms are dominating the way candidates are selected for jobs. I wanted to empower candidates to be able to create resumes that conform to these algorithms, boosting their chances of landing more interviews.

Joined Sovren in 2013 as a Software Architect and developed several mission-critical apps. Afterwards, I served as principal tech advisor and Solutions Architect for the Sovren’s largest clients, representing over 75% of the company’s revenue. Along the way, I obtained a vast expertise of the HR technology industry including parsing and matching algorithms and how they relate to resume and job order optimization.On the engineering side, I specialized in developing end-to-end applications that propelled Sovren's technological capabilities forward. One of my significant achievements was the development and architecture of Sovren’s inaugural SaaS offering which leveraged .NET web services, C#, REST, and various AWS technologies including EC2, SQS, S3, and DynamoDB, This led to more than doubling the company's revenue througout my tenure.

While at UnitedHealth Group, I developed several mission-critical applications integral to the company’s technology framework, utilizing Microsoft’s .NET technology stack. These included the development of the Facets® Enrollment Gateway and Medical Director applications which greatly improved the company’s operational efficiency

Leading a team of developers, I redesigned a high-traffic e-commerce site and developed a proprietary healthcare platform that became a patented success in Panama

My early career involved working on projects that laid the foundation for my expertise in software engineering. At Wireless Knowledge, this included the ZAGAT TO GO® catalog distribution server and integration with J.D. Edwards ERP systems among others.
