Over the last 22 years I have mastered concrete work (from roads to bridges), carpentry (simple and complex), building homes (from start to finish, including but not limited to: framework, plumbing, electrical, masonry, roofing, etc.), home renovation projects, Custom window and door installations (including permitting, meeting Miami Dade Code specifications, hurricane windows or hurricane protection, placing the correct specs with orders to the window manufacturer, installation, etc.), installation and service of irrigation systems, and more.Along with mastering these trades, I have been a proven leader as I have owned my own company, hired and trained for companies I have been employed with, maintained top performing ranks with my employers, I have been able to troubleshoot and solve issues that were complex in nature, I have taken customers who were frustrated with company operations and turned them into happy long term customers by my ability to not only problem solve but to understand them, the bottom line reason for their frustration (This is most often related to communication.
