The programme includes a 6-month roadmap to deliver a robust customer experience focusing on customer-centric culture, clear goal alignment, communication, and continuous improvement.• Completed assessment and CAPEX business case to repatriate Australia market rework function from outsourced model to internal operations. Scoped payback of the CAPEX investment of 1.5years and annual savings forecasted of AUD0.5m.

Steering the Australian MOVE team (Warehousing, Transport, Distribution) to deliver Diageo Australia’s supply chain strategy and establish commercially sound and effective supply chain practices.Key responsibilities• Lead the supply chain team to establish and embed systems and processes to effectively manage the delivery of logistics activities across the company.• Manage the Australian logistics cost centre and budgeting process to fulfill commitments to the Diageo global financial targets, encompassing revenue and disciplined cost controls.• Leveraging relationships with senior business partners across commercial, finance, planning, and manufacturing teams to deliver customer experience and service.

Engaging, leading, and developing the Asia Pacific Production & Material Scheduling team consisting of 10 direct reports, based across 6 markets to deliver the Diageo Global Plan strategy. Key responsibilities• Oversee production, material, and distribution scheduling operations for all Diageo APAC production & warehousing sites and to deliver key regional KPI’s (Case fill, OTIFNE, Sales Forecast Accuracy, Inventory targets, cost).• Developing and implementing continuous improvement and codified strategy to ensure end-to-end supply chain efficiency and effectiveness across all Diageo Asia sites and distribution network.• Leveraging relationships with regional Supply Directors and senior stakeholders to ensure market specific supply chain and planning requirements are met across the Asia region.

Leading the Australia Supply Planning team consisting of 4 direct reports to deliver the Diageo Australia supply planning strategy.Key responsibilities• Overseeing the production, material, and distribution scheduling team for the Diageo Australia network.• Leading the supplier relationship management program to ensure ongoing continuity of material supply to all Australian production and rework sites.• Provide data-driven decision making and analysis to optimise the 24-month rolling production schedule and capacity plan to support the S&OP cycle.
