Responsibilities included facilities management for seven retail locations in Missouri and Illinois. Managed the installation and service department for all cryogenic bulk tanks. Managed the distribution of bulk gases through commercial transportation for all CeeKay customers.

• Cylinder re certification facility owned and operated by Ceekay Supply, located in Highland, IllinoisManaged office and production team of 20+ people. Designed and built a new state of the art cylinder re-certification.
• Improved the re-certification process by designing and implementing innovative automation, upgraded and redesigned equipment, and developed standard operating procedures for all re-certification processes.
• Custom designed process flow and improved equipment design was used as a benchmark and duplicated by a Fortune 500 company for their cylinder re-certification plant in Pennsylvania.
• Acquired certification to test and re-certify Canadian cylinders.
• Responsibilities also included accountability for P/L statement, all personnel hiring, training, and benefits management.
• Assisted in the design and installation of 100,000 gallon propane pumping facility. This facility supported and distributed propane to Central Illinois and Missouri industrial and commercial clients

Eureka, MO

• Managed and overseen all phases in the development and implementation of the manufacturing facilities located both domestically and internationally. Domestic facilities located in Connecticut, Cincinnati, Pennsylvania.
• Managed and directed all activities for 20+ millwright's and craftsmen utilized during the construction and development of the facilities
• Reviewed and selected all personnel used to staff the Facilities Group upon completion and commissioning of the facility
• Responsibilities included the selection and procurement of Architects, General Contractors, and Sub-contractors utilized in the development and construction of the facilities.
• Developed the process flow and layout of equipment and machinery to be installed.
• Managed new equipment installations including determining the work force requirements, staffing, coordinating with contractors ensuring the installations meet or exceed the applicable local municipal and government.
